Default Money in the Bank: Better as a Heel?

I was just wondering if I'm the only one who thinks that the Money in the Bank briefcase should go to a heel more than a face? For some reason I think the Money in the Bank opportunity goes so much better on a heel as it generates more heat when they cash it in when a champion is hurt. Looks at Edge when he cashed the briefcase on both occasions. He attacked a hurt Undertaker and John Cena. Those 2 moves easily made Edge the heel that he is today. His new nickname "The Ultimate Opportunist" says it all. When a heel has the briefcase you always ask yourself if he's going to cash in after every World Title match.

RVD & CM Punk are the only two wrestlers that won the MITB as a face.
RVD cashed it in for a One on One and it was obvious.
There's no doubt in my mind that CM Punk will do the exact same
but he is a little mystery, he may turn heel or might lose the Briefcase to a wrestler as a heel.

Turning Punk heel by cashing in Money in the Bank on a face would extremely unexpected at this point

Money In The Bank should be for heels and the Royal Rumble should be for faces. It's boring when a face wins MITB, announcing a cash in. Whenever it's a heel and there's a gimmick match, you have to wait to see if this is the time it's going to happen and all that. It's a lot more fun. Letting the champion know when you're cashing in is useless, you have the Rumble for that. Win the Rumble, go to WM. The whole point of MITB is that it can be cashed in at ANY time.

I also think it's lame that so far the MITB has gone:

Heel

Face

Heel

Face

I think pigeonholing a certain achievement can be stale. I like surprises, no matter who wins. The MITB can be intriguing for a face or a heel. The heel can do the uber-bad guy move of cashing it in while the champ is vulnerable...or a face can challenge a cowardly heel champion if hes ducking his opponents
