God doesn't hate me at all, me and him have been cool for a while now.
He does hate most people though but he allows reconciliation. Most people including anyone in the WWE except Michaels, if he's really saved. But....anyways, this has no bearing on his push. Didn't Orton have a lot of problems too? I know he had to suffer because of his attitude but I can't remember how long he went being an upper card jobber before he really made it.

God loves Gord, thus Kennedy will be World Champion in 2009?
Orton was a main event jobber from like early 2005 until the middle of 2007. He had steroid issues, an injury, some attitude problems, a hotel trashing, and all of that.

So he was Kennedy minus the attitude problems. Hmmm, maybe there's hope after all. I don't know though.
 I don't think God gives a fuck about a tv show though.

I guess I never realized that this Kennedy situation can somewhat relate to how Orton's career went down after the Royal Rumble in '05. Orton would get his victories here and there, going over Angle, Taker, and Mysterio, etc. but in the end didn't seem very meaningful at all. Kinda how Kennedy got those wins over Lashley and Michaels.
I suppose Orton did need some credibility to look like a force in the triple threat at 22, though.. But still, it's fairly similar.. hopefully Kennedy gets his chance sooner or later.
