Suggestion
I'd love for longer usertitles.
I find the current length of them to be pretty limited. If it's possible to lengthen them up a bit, please do so.

If I'm not mistaken the admins can give longer usertitles through the Admin Panel but there isn't a way to enable longer usertitles as far as I know.
So yeah, you'd have to ask an admin to give you a longer usertitle.

I can update the user title limits if I want, I'm not keen on doing so however. Everything else is enormous now a days, from user names to signatures to avatars, one thing staying small should be tolerable I believe because of my personal preferences.
