Thread Limit?
I just logged on and every section has a thread by a prick advertising his piece of crap forum. Would we be able to have a limit on how many threads can be made in a certain amount of time or something like that so that we could stop future pricks from doing the same thing?

It would also be a pain when somebody would want to do something like the "Best of the best in the WWE" tournament.
The guy would just fucking wait and do the threads anyway.
